About the Role

We are seeking to hire Purchasing Specialist for a leading supply chain and manufacturing solutions provider.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers.
  • Request quotations, analyze offers, and negotiate pricing and terms.
  • Create and issue purchase orders and track order status.
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.
  • Handle supplier issues related to delays, shortages, or quality concerns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Odoo or any other ERP Systems Knowledge.
  • 1-3 years of experience in purchasing.
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.
  • Good analytical and reporting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Good Command Of English (Spoken & Written)
  • Giza Residents
