Purchasing Specialist

  We are looking for an experienced and analytical Purchasing Specialist to manage purchasing activities, develop vendor relationships, and support effective stock and inventory management. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills and a solid understanding of purchasing, sales, stock, and market analysis.
  

• Key Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate new vendors based on company requirements.


• Negotiate prices, terms, and commercial agreements with vendors.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.


• Lead negotiations and successfully close deals with new vendors.


• Analyze purchasing, stock, sales, and product performance data.


• Monitor stock levels and support effective inventory management.


• Identify purchasing opportunities based on sales and market trends.


• Optimize stock levels to avoid overstocking and stock shortages.


• Prepare and review purchasing and sales analysis reports.


• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure product availability and efficient purchasing operations.


• Monitor market and commercial trends to support purchasing decisions.


• Requirements

• 
  Minimum 3 years of experience in Purchasing/Procurement.
  


• 
  Strong experience in vendor sourcing, negotiation, and closing deals with new vendors.
  


• 
  Excellent knowledge of sales and purchasing analysis.
  


• 
  Strong stock control and inventory management skills.
  


• Ability to analyze purchasing, stock, sales, and product performance data.


• 
  Strong Excel and analytical skills.
  


• Ability to identify purchasing opportunities and optimize stock levels.


• 
  Strong understanding of commercial and market analysis.
  


• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
