Job Summary

The Inventory / Warehouse Officer will be responsible for overseeing stock levels, tracking inventory movement, and coordinating with suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient supply chain operations. This role is critical in maintaining optimal inventory availability in alignment with company policies and operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage all inventory in the main warehouse

Set and review Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) in accordance with company policy

Ensure optimal stock levels to support daily business operations

Coordinate with suppliers and warehouse teams regarding purchase orders and goods receiving

Maintain professional relationships with suppliers while ensuring proper supply chain practices

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory or warehouse roles, preferably within the F&B industry

Good working knowledge of MS Office and Odoo systems

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Flexible, adaptable to changing business needs, and eager to learn
