Key Responsibilities
- Supplier Management: Identifying, evaluating, and maintaining relationships with vendors to ensure reliable supply.
- Procurement Execution: Processing purchase requests, issuing purchase orders (POs), and monitoring delivery schedules to meet company needs.
- Negotiation & Cost Analysis: Negotiating pricing, payment terms, and contract conditions to achieve cost savings.
- Inventory & Demand Planning: Monitoring inventory levels and collaborating with internal teams to forecast future requirements.
- Compliance: Ensuring all purchases adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's or Diploma degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or inventory control.
- Technical Skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and experience with ERP systems .
- Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, analytical thinking, communication, and time management skills.
