Role Overview
As a Python Developer, you will be responsible for designing and deploying robust data-driven applications that bridge the gap between raw data and actionable business intelligence. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and stakeholders, to translate complex requirements into scalable software solutions. Your daily contributions will involve building machine learning pipelines, optimizing data processing workflows, and creating intuitive visualizations that directly influence strategic decision-making for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain high-performance Python applications to support data-intensive business processes and ensure seamless system integration.
- Develop and deploy machine learning models using Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch to solve predictive modeling challenges for enterprise clients.
- Engineer efficient data pipelines using Pandas and Numpy to clean, transform, and analyze large datasets, ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
- Design and implement interactive dashboards in Power BI and Tableau to provide stakeholders with clear, real-time insights into business performance.
- Manage cloud-based infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform to ensure the scalability, security, and reliability of deployed data solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot technical bottlenecks and optimize existing codebases for improved performance and maintainability.
Required Skillset
- Demonstrated proficiency in Python development with 5 - 7 years of experience in building production-grade applications and data models.
- Advanced capability in leveraging machine learning libraries such as Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, and PyTorch to deliver predictive analytics solutions.
- Strong technical command over data manipulation tools including Pandas and Numpy, with a proven ability to handle complex data structures.
- Hands-on experience in deploying and managing services on Google Cloud Platform, ensuring optimal cloud resource utilization.
- Expertise in data visualization through Power BI and Tableau, with the ability to translate technical findings into compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively bridge the gap between technical development and business requirements in a collaborative, office-based environment in Chennai.
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field, reflecting a strong foundation in algorithmic thinking and data analysis.
