Python Developer

Responsibility:

• Design, build, and maintain robust Python applications and APIs using frameworks like Django, Flask, FastAPI, and leverage microservices or serverless architectures.
• Mentor and lead a team of Python developers—conducting code reviews, promoting clean coding standards, best practices, and ensuring overall code quality.
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Oversee CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), DevOps tooling, and possibly cloud-native or serverless deployments (AWS, GCP, etc.).

Eligibility:

• 8+ years in Python development, with at least some experience in a leadership or technical lead role.
• Strong proficiency in at least one major Python web framework (Django, Flask, FastAPI).
• Solid background in RESTful API design, microservices, and cloud-native/serverless architectures.
• Proven skills in CI/CD, containerization, and familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Hands-on experience with both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL systems, including ORM tools.
• Strong Git workflows; comfortable with tools like Jira, Confluence.
• Excellent communication, team-building, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
