Python Development Trainee Program

We're looking for participants to join our Python Development Trainee Program in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in a remote working mode. This free, expert-led training program is designed to help you advance your Python skills to industry standards and explore emerging tools.

The program will last approximately 3 months and requires up to 30 hours of weekly engagement. Upon successful completion, you will be considered for suitable open positions at EPAM based on demonstrated skills and available opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Complete all assigned training modules and practical exercises
• Apply learned concepts in real-world scenarios through hands-on tasks
• Engage in self-study to reinforce training content and fill knowledge gaps
• Participate in mentor-led sessions and group discussions
• Demonstrate acquired skills through assessments and project work
• Stay committed to the schedule while maintaining regular attendance
• Collaborate with peers and mentors to foster a shared learning environment

Requirements

• Saudi nationals
• Graduates of IT-related majors with an SCE (Saudi Council of Engineers) certificate or senior year students
• English level at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher
• Solid knowledge of Python Core
• Basic understanding of algorithms, data structures and databases

Nice to have

• Experience in software development in any programming language

Nature of Work and Working Hours

The usual working hours for full-time roles at EPAM in Saudi Arabia are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, including a one-hour unpaid lunch break. Working hours may vary based on client requirements and flexibility is accommodated whenever possible. The trainee program is remote and requires approximately 30 hours per week.
