Python +Gen AI Engineer

About Position:

We are looking for a highly skilled Python Generative AI Engineer with hands-on experience in building and deploying AI-powered applications using LLMs, Lang Chain, Lang Graph, and Prompt Engineering. The ideal candidate should have strong Python development expertise and practical experience in designing, developing, and optimizing Generative AI solutions for enterprise use cases.

What You'll Do:

• Design and develop Generative AI applications leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Build intelligent workflows and AI agents using LangChain and LangGraph.
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs using Python.
• Create and optimize prompts to improve model accuracy, response quality, and performance.
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases.
• Integrate OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, or other LLM platforms into enterprise applications.
• Work with structured and unstructured data for AI model consumption.
• Monitor, evaluate, and fine-tune GenAI applications for performance and reliability.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Python development.
• Strong knowledge of Generative AI concepts and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph.
• Strong expertise in Prompt Engineering and prompt optimisation.
• Experience building AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems, and workflow orchestration.
• Knowledge of RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) architecture.
• Experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, Weaviate, or FAISS.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and backend development.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
