Python Lead Developer

Job description

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• At least 5 years of professional experience in Python development.
• Strong experience with Django, Flask, or other Python frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native technologies.
• Expertise in RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
• Proficiency in version control using Git and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Solid understanding of database management systems, SQL, and NoSQL technologies (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with a track record of leading teams and projects.
• Ability to solve complex problems and architect solutions.
• Must have experience on team handling and client facing.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
