We're looking for a motivated and results-driven Q-Commerce & Performance Marketing Specialist to lead our Q-Commerce initiatives and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple markets. This role ensures our Q-Commerce platforms deliver a seamless customer experience, align with global brand guidelines, and drive measurable growth through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Q-Commerce Management & Development
- Oversee the setup, maintenance, and optimization of Q-Commerce platforms across different regions.
- Ensure product listings, pricing, and promotional content are accurate, engaging, and aligned with campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with brand, creative, and commercial teams to develop compelling assets that enhance online shopping experiences.
- Partner with IT and external vendors to implement new features and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Monitor inventory and fulfillment processes to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Performance Marketing
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across digital channels (search, social, display, programmatic).
- Develop strategies to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs such as CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.
- Implement A/B testing and audience segmentation to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance performance marketing efforts.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze campaign performance using advanced analytics tools.
- Monitor key metrics including traffic, conversions, CPA, and revenue growth.
- Deliver regular reports with actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Skills
- Total of minimum 5 to 10 years experience and 24 years of experience in Q-Commerce operations and performance Analytics & marketing.
- Strong understanding of Q-Commerce platforms and digital advertising ecosystems.
- Proficiency in tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Data Studio).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of regional market dynamics and consumer behavior is a plus.
