As our QA Functional Engineer, you'll be instrumental in testing and validating our e-commerce platform and mobile applications. You'll collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and UX teams to ensure that every feature functions as intended from login to checkout and everything in between.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Design and execute test plans based on business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Conduct end-to-end functional testing on web and mobile platforms
- Perform exploratory and regression testing to catch bugs before they hit production
- Track and report bugs using tools like Jira/TestRail
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product excellence
- Drive improvements in test coverage and QA processes
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in functional and manual testing (preferably in e-commerce)
- Proficiency in tools like Jira, TestRail, SQL, and bug-tracking systems
- Understanding of web tech (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and version control systems like Git
- Strong knowledge of SDLC & testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, V-Model)
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and clear communication skills
