Job Description: Food quality engineer
The intern will learn: Training is done as follows.
1- Examining samples of the resulting materials using methods appropriate for the industry and comparing products according to the required standards.
2- Verify that the assembly or production line adheres to the required standards and procedures and adheres to legal requirements.
3 - Review the required drawings and specifications to compare them with the produced goods.
4- Recording inspection results through reports, summarizing returned products and waste, and entering data into the quality database
5- Quality control measures to improve the product, and suggest any possible improvements to the production process to achieve excellence in the industry
6- Continuously monitor the machines used in production, to ensure that they are sound and free of malfunctions, eliminate any parts that do not meet the requirements, and carry out the necessary repairs on an ongoing basis.
7- Develop job knowledge through continuous training and taking educational courses.
8- Maintaining accurate operation of measuring equipment by following calibration requirements and correcting them on an ongoing basis
