QA Implementation & Audit Specialist.

JOB PURPOSE

The QA Specialist Implementation & Auditing is responsible for ensuring that quality standards, processes, and regulatory requirements are effectively implemented and consistently followed across operations. This role focuses on auditing systems, validating implementations, identifying gaps, and driving continuous improvement to maintain compliance and operational excellence.

Skills

-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

-Experience using QA documentation systems and process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucid chart, or equivalent).

-Strong auditing, documentation, and analytical skills.

-Knowledge of CAPA processes and root cause analysis methodologies.

-Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

-Effective written and verbal communication skills.

-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

Experience

-24 years of experience in quality assurance, auditing, or compliance-related roles.

-Experience with quality management systems, audits, and process implementation.

-Familiarity with relevant standards and regulations (e.g., ISO, GMP, or industry-specific requirements, as applicable).

Preferred Qualifications

-Professional certifications such as ISO Auditor, or equivalent.

-Experience supporting system implementations or change management initiatives.
