QA/QC Architect Manager | Construction Project

We are currently looking for an experienced QA/QC Architect Manager to join our team for a 1-year construction project.

Position: QA/QC Architect Manager

Experience: Minimum 20 years of relevant experience

Project Duration: 1 year

Working Days: 6 days per week

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Locations: 6th of October – North Coast – New Cairo

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and ensure architectural works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Conduct site inspections and follow up on architectural works and finishing activities.

Review materials, shop drawings, method statements, and inspection requests.

Identify and report quality issues and follow up on corrective actions.

Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure quality requirements are met.

Maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection records, and quality reports.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, and approved standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.

20+ years of experience in architectural QA/QC within construction projects.

Strong experience in site supervision, finishing works, inspections, and quality control.

Strong knowledge of architectural drawings, specifications, and construction standards.

• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
