A leading Construction Project is urgently hiring for the role of QA/QC Civil Engineer
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and quality standards
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in QA/QC roles within the construction industry
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and inspection plans
- Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
- Conduct site inspections and audits to identify and resolve quality issues
- Review and approve construction materials and workmanship
- Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and consultants to ensure quality objectives are met
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive QA/QC documentation and reports
- Provide training and guidance to site personnel on quality standards and procedures
