QA/QC Engineer - DOHA, QATAR.

Airswift is seeking for a QA/QC Engineer to work in Qatar with a major Oil & Gas Company.
Job Purpose
This role is responsible for Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) during the detailed engineering, procurement, and construction phases of projects. The position includes reviewing various EPC deliverables and coordinating third-party source inspection activities.
Qualifications
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering Discipline (Mechanical Engineering).
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience in similar Oil & Gas projects as a QA/QC Engineer.
- LNG project experience is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the design, manufacturing, and testing of:
- DBB Valves
- MOVs (Motor Operated Valves)
- SDVs (Shutdown Valves)
- Including actuators and gearboxes.
- Experience in both:
- Onshore and offshore projects
- In-service modifications to existing facilities
Certifications
Certified CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector.NDT Level II Certification with valid certifications in:- RT (Radiographic Testing)
- MPT (Magnetic Particle Testing)
- DPT (Dye Penetrant Testing)
- UT (Ultrasonic Testing)
ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor / Lead Auditor (IRCA or equivalent), with broad experience in:- QMS audits
- QA verification programs across Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Installation phases.
- Current valid TBOSIET, H2S, and Breathing Apparatus certifications (OPITO approved), as applicable, together with a valid Offshore Medical Certificate.
