QA/QC Engineer - Aluminum & Glass Industry

About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer to join our Aluminium Faade division. The ideal candidate will ensure all faade works including aluminium cladding, curtain wall, glazing, and structural systems meet project specifications and quality standards from factory to site installation.

Salary : Based on experience and qualifications

Responsibilities:

• Review and implement QA/QC documentation including checklists, inspection test plans (ITPs), and work procedures.
• Carry out inspections for materials, fabrication, and site installations.
• Ensure quality standards during packing, loading, and dispatch to avoid damage during transit.
• Maintain QA/QC records such as IRs, NCRs, test reports, and as-built documentation.
• Identify and report non-conformities, issue NCRs, and coordinate corrective/preventive actions.
• Inspect completed units for alignment, finishing, aesthetics, measurements, and operational functionality.
• Perform quality inspections at project installation sites to verify workmanship and report deviations.
• Coordinate with design, production, and project teams to resolve quality issues and suggest improvements.
• Final inspection of installed items on sites before handing over work to client.
• Support quality audits, testing, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and project standards.
• Discuss nonconformity and corrective actions during management review.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• Minimum 5 years experience in QA/QC for faade (Aluminum & Glass).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or other quality standards is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of international standards and faade systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project timelines.
