QA/QC Engineer (Fit-Out)

I'm currently working with an established leading fit-out contractor in Abu Dhabi that is looking for a QA/QC Engineer to support their current pipeline of interior fit-out projects.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team with a strong leadership team and play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered in line with the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain QA/QC procedures across multiple fit-out projects.
• Carry out inspections and ensure works comply with project specifications, drawings and quality standards.
• Prepare and manage ITPs, method statements, material inspections and quality documentation.
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues.
• Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Prepare NCRs, corrective actions and close-out reports where required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years experience in UAE
• Proven experience as a QA/QC Engineer with a fit-out contractor.
• Strong understanding of interior fit-out works across commercial, hospitality, retail or residential projects.
• Experience managing QA/QC documentation, inspections and handover processes.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must currently be based in Abu Dhabi or elsewhere in the UAE.
• Immediate or short notice candidates are highly desirable.

Salary: AED 15,000 per month
