QA QC Engineer - (Preferred Arabic)

Develop, implement, and maintain the Project Quality Plan (PQP) in accordance with contract requirements, specifications, and applicable standards.

Ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, method statements, inspection and test plans (ITPs), and project specifications.

Conduct site inspections, surveillance, and quality audits to verify workmanship, materials, and processes meet quality requirements.

Review, approve, and control quality-related documents including method statements, ITPs, material submittals, and quality records.

Coordinate with consultants, clients, and third-party inspectors for inspections, tests, and approvals.

Identify non-conformances (NCRs), issue corrective/preventive actions, and monitor effective closure.

Monitor material receiving inspections, testing, and certification to ensure compliance with approved submittals.

Maintain quality records, inspection reports, test results, and as-built documentation for final handover.

Provide guidance and training to site staff and subcontractors on quality requirements and best practices.

Support project completion, handover, and close-out activities, ensuring all QA/QC documentation is complete and compliant.
