Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a QA/QC Manager located in Doha, Qatar. The QA/QC Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of quality assurance and quality control systems for construction projects. The role involves ensuring adherence to quality standards, reviewing and approving quality management plans, conducting site inspections, and monitoring compliance with environmental and safety regulations. The QA/QC Manager will also lead quality audits, address non-compliance issues, and prepare quality documentation and reports.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Quality Assurance and Quality Control systems, including the ability to develop and implement QA/QC processes and procedures
- Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, project management methodologies, and risk management strategies
- Experience in conducting inspections, audits, and safety compliance checks
- Proficiency in preparing quality documentation, reports, and associated paperwork
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with engineers, site managers, and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; advanced certifications in QA/QC or project management are advantageous
- Prior experience in large-scale infrastructure or construction projects, preferably in the Middle East
