Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a QA/QC Manager specializing in aluminum works. The QA/QC Manager will oversee the quality assurance and control processes for aluminum construction projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Responsibilities include developing, implementing, and monitoring quality plans, conducting inspections, coordinating with the project team, suppliers, and contractors, and ensuring project deliverables meet stringent quality standards. The role also involves preparing and reviewing documentation to maintain compliance and overseeing the resolution of quality-related issues on-site.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in quality assurance and quality control processes, especially within the aluminum construction sector
• Knowledge of aluminum properties, fabrication processes, and installation techniques
• Experience with quality management systems, ISO standards, and audits
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills to address quality-related challenges
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with team members, contractors, and stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Metallurgy, or a related field, and professional certifications in QA/QC are highly desirable
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines
• Proficiency in using quality management software and Microsoft Office tools
• Familiarity with local construction regulations and safety standards in the UAE
