QA/QC Manager (Fit-Out Project)
We are seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to lead all quality assurance and quality control activities for a high-profile fit-out project. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing the Project Quality Plan, ensuring compliance with project specifications, client requirements, applicable codes and standards, and ISO 9001 throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation of the Project Quality Plan (PQP) and project quality objectives.
- Manage QA/QC engineers and inspectors, providing technical guidance and leadership.
- Review and approve Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, material submittals, and quality documentation.
- Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and third-party agencies.
- Monitor quality performance, NCRs, corrective actions, and inspection approval rates.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable standards, and contractual quality requirements.
- Oversee quality control for all fit-out activities, including architectural finishes, joinery, ceilings, flooring, painting, glazing, MEP interfaces, and final handover.
- Prepare and submit quality reports, KPIs, audit reports, and handover documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Architectural, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 15 years of QA/QC experience, including 5 years in a QA/QC Manager role on fit-out or interior finishing projects.
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, quality management systems, ITPs, inspections, and NCR management.
- Experience working with consultants, clients, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- CQI-IRCA ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification is preferred.
