Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive inspections and audits to verify compliance with industry standards and project specifications
- Develop and refine quality assurance processes, ensuring effective implementation across projects
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to promptly address and resolve quality issues
- Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including reports and compliance records
- Analyze quality performance data to identify trends and implement improvements
- Provide quality-related training and support to project personnel
- Facilitate communication regarding quality objectives and performance across all project stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- At least 10-15 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the civil engineering sector
- Thorough understanding of quality assurance methodologies and relevant industry standards
- Proficient in quality control procedures and documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Effective communication skills with a proven ability to work collaboratively
- Experience with quality management systems and tools
