Job Summary:
MOBCO Group is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to oversee and manage all quality assurance and quality control activities across ongoing projects. The candidate will ensure compliance with project specifications, international standards, and company quality policies while maintaining the highest quality standards throughout project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain project Quality Management Plans (QMP)
Oversee QA/QC activities and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and project teams on quality requirements
Monitor site inspections, testing, and documentation processes
Review and approve method statements, ITPs, and quality procedures
Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and regulatory requirements
Lead internal and external audits and ensure timely closure of NCRs
Monitor contractor and subcontractor quality performance
Provide quality-related reports and updates to senior management
Ensure proper documentation and records management for QA/QC activities
Identify quality risks and implement corrective and preventive actions
Support project teams in resolving technical quality issues
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in QA/QC within construction projects
Proven experience as QA/QC Manager in construction projects
Strong knowledge of international quality standards and procedures
Experience in managing project quality documentation and audits
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and coordination abilities
Familiarity with ISO standards (ISO 9001 preferred)
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
