Project Description

We're building a delivery team for a large, multi-phase enterprise Mendix programme and are looking for a QA / Test Engineer to own quality across it. The programme includes external web portals, internal back-office applications and a native iOS/Android mobile app, all bilingual Arabic/English. It integrates with about 20 systems through an enterprise service bus (ESB), including government services, banks, a payment gateway and enterprise platforms. System integration testing against external sandboxes is therefore a core part of delivery.

Role summary

We are looking for a QA / Test Engineer to run functional, integration and regression testing, build Mendix test automation, and support UAT, performance and security testing within a large, multi-phase enterprise Mendix programme.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run functional and regression testing across web portals, back-office applications and the native mobile app.

• Run system integration testing (SIT) for integrations through the ESB, including error handling and retries.

• Build and maintain test automation for Mendix applications.

• Support performance and security testing, including mobile security testing.

• Support client UAT and track defects through to resolution.

• Support post-go-live stabilisation.

Experience

• 5+ years in software QA and testing.

• 3-5+ years testing Mendix applications.

• Hands-on test automation for Mendix applications.

• System integration testing of APIs or ESB-based integrations.
