Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced QA Tester to join our quality assurance team.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and quality of our digital products.
You will collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and stakeholders to identify issues early, define testing strategies, and ensure that every deliverable meets the highest standards of quality.
Missions & responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to validate system behavior.
- Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring their resolution through effective communication with development teams.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align testing efforts with project goals and timelines.
- Ensure compliance with project constraints, deadlines, and client requirements.
- Analyze test results and provide clear, concise reports and recommendations.
- Continuously improve testing processes and tools to enhance quality and efficiency.
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in QA Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in Quality Assurance and software testing
- Proven ability to adapt to project constraints, deadlines, and evolving client requirements.
- Meticulous, rigorous, organized, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to quickly identify root causes of issues.
- Demonstrated team spirit and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional environments.
- Perseverant, proactive, and capable of taking initiative to improve quality and processes
