Responsibilities:
Job Purpose: To ensure all site activities, materials, and workmanship meet project specifications and quality standards by implementing and monitoring the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Review Electrical scope, design, method statements, project quality plans, specifications, and standards.
- Implement and monitor Quality Management System (QMS) at site, ensuring compliance by all teams and subcontractors.
- Inspect Electrical works and incoming materials, coordinate inspections with consultants, and approve work per QMS requirements.
- Review material submittals before client submission and monitor subcontractor activities for quality compliance.
- Maintain quality records, prepare reports, update status in QMS/QMTS, and support audits and resolution of non-conformances.

Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
Experience: 10 years of experience in a Quality role as per SEC Requirements, preferably in the construction or industrial sector.
Professional Certifications: NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or equivalent certification; relevant OSHA certifications.
Overhead Transmission Line experience in GCC Countries is MUST.
SEC Approval is a MUST.
