QAQC Engineer - Roads & Bridges - Dubai

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for a QAQC Engineer specializing in Roads and Bridges. Responsibilities include overseeing and implementing quality assurance and quality control processes for construction projects to ensure compliance with standards and specifications. The role involves conducting inspections, performing quality audits, developing quality management frameworks, and addressing project quality concerns. The QAQC Engineer will collaborate closely with project teams to deliver infrastructure projects that meet industry and organizational benchmarks.

• Proficiency in Quality Control and Inspection techniques to evaluate materials, work procedures, and project deliverables
• Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Auditing to ensure adherence to project standards and industry regulations
• Strong knowledge of Quality Management principles and implementation of effective quality frameworks
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and technical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Prior experience in roads and bridges projects is highly preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to dynamic project environments
• Familiarity with ISO certifications (ISO 9000/14000/45000) and quality standards
