Job Responsibilities & Tasks:

  • Apply knowledge of NAPCO's business environment and goals to interpret and implement internal policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively in both written and verbal formats within a professional business context.
  • Plan and organize work or project activities to meet short- and long-term goals efficiently.
  • Use standard equipment, office automation tools, and relevant software effectively.
  • Understand various types of technical maintenance at NAPCO and independently apply condition monitoring and basic preventive maintenance techniques.
  • Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for quality control to ensure production meets high-quality standards and enhances customer satisfaction.
  • Implement occupational health and safety regulations (local, regional, international), along with NAPCO's internal policies and standards.
  • Interpret and apply legal requirements and internal procedures to protect personnel, assets, and prevent market losses.
  • Test, inspect, and benchmark machine/process parameters in QC labs using lab equipment (from basic to advanced) to identify deviations and support engineering and manufacturing improvements.
  • Conduct or lead Root Cause Analyses (RCA) on quality issues and propose corrective and preventive actions.
  • Inspect and test tools, spare parts, raw materials, and in-process and finished goods using appropriate lab equipment, ensuring adherence to quality and engineering standards.
