QC Inspector (Civil)

We are seeking a highly skilled QC Civil Inspector to join our EPC project team within the oil and gas industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all civil works are executed in compliance with project specifications, international standards, and quality requirements.

YOUR ROLE

As a QC Inspector (Civil), you will

• Conduct inspections of civil works including earthworks, foundations, concrete structures, and underground services
• Ensure all construction activities align with approved drawings, ITPs, and method statements
• Review and verify material approvals, test reports, and inspection records
• Witness site tests (concrete, compaction, soil testing, etc.) and maintain documentation
• Raise NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports) and monitor corrective actions
• Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and third-party inspectors
• Ensure compliance with international codes and standards (e.g., ASTM, BS, ACI)
• Maintain quality records and support audits and client inspections

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Experience

• Minimum 5+ years experience in QC inspection within EPC oil & gas projects
• Experience in major projects (refineries, pipelines, petrochemical plants) is preferred

Education / Certifications / Licenses

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Certifications such as CSWIP, ISO 9001, or equivalent are an advantage

Skills and Competencies

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced site environment
• Strong knowledge of civil construction activities and QA/QC procedures
