Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced QC Engineer – LV Panel Builder to join our team and ensure the highest quality standards in the manufacturing of Low Voltage (LV) electrical panels.
This role is ideal for candidates with strong experience in panel assembly, inspection, testing, and quality control within an electrical manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process of LV panels.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Review and implement Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and quality procedures.
- Conduct and witness routine and type testing of LV panels.
- Inspect panel assembly, wiring, components, and labeling.
- Identify and report non-conformities (NCRs) and follow up on corrective actions.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and QA teams.
- Maintain accurate quality documentation and reports.
- Support client and third-party inspections.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in QC within LV panel manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of LV panels, switchgear, and electrical components.
- Familiarity with IEC standards and testing procedures.
- Experience in factory acceptance tests (FAT) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
