We are seeking a skilled QC Inspector specializing in Welding and Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) with Aramco certification and CBT certification to join our team in the Gulf region. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in quality control within the welding industry and will be responsible for ensuring that all welding operations meet required quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections on welding processes and non-destructive testing (NDT) to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Review and interpret welding procedure specifications (WPS) and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
- Prepare and maintain accurate inspection records and reports for quality assurance documentation.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Perform visual inspections and utilize NDT techniques such as ultrasonic, magnetic particle, or dye penetrant testing.
Skills and Qualifications
- 5-10 years of experience in welding inspection and NDT techniques.
- Aramco certification in welding inspection and NDT.
- CBT (Certified Body Technician) certification.
- Strong knowledge of welding processes, materials, and standards.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
