We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a full of potential and reliableCivil QA/QC Manager

to join our top qualified and knowledgeable team for one of our major projects in Egypt.

What you will need to do:

  • Lead and manage all QA/QC activities at project level, ensuring full compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and Company IMS procedures.
  • Coordinate and supervise QC Engineers, QC Inspectors, Document Controllers, and third-party testing/inspection agencies on site.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor the Project Quality Plan in coordination with the Regional Quality Manager and Project Management Team.
  • Ensure effective implementation of the Integrated Management System (IMS) across all project activities.
  • Prepare, review, and monitor Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), Method Statements, audit schedules, and quality documentation.
  • Conduct internal audits and monitor corrective and preventive actions related to non-conformances.
  • Monitor quality performance and prepare periodic quality reports for management and client submission.
  • Ensure all testing and measuring equipment are calibrated and properly maintained.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on all project quality-related matters.
  • Support project handover activities including preparation of final quality dossiers and records.

What you will need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering from a recognized University.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in QA/QC positions, including experience as a QA/QC Manager, within large-scale construction projects.
  • Strong experience in geotechnical works including Piles, Diaphragm Walls, and related civil works activities.
  • Excellent knowledge of international standards related to civil and geotechnical works.
  • Good understanding of Quality Management Systems based on ISO 9001 standards.
  • Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001 is preferred.
  • Proven experience in preparation and implementation of Project Quality Plans and IMS procedures.
  • Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
