We are seeking a detail-oriented QC Tester to ensure the quality, stability, and performance of software products through thorough manual and automated testing processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining high product standards and supporting smooth product releases.
Key ResponsibilitiesTesting & Quality Assurance:
- Create, maintain, and execute test cases and test plans
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing across applications
- Identify, document, and track bugs using issue-tracking tools
- Collaborate closely with developers to verify fixes and improvements
Release Validation & Documentation:
- Validate software releases before deployment to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain clear and organized testing documentation and reports
Process & Collaboration:
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including Scrum and Kanban
- Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives
Required Skills
- Strong experience in manual software testing
- Hands-on experience with bug tracking tools such as Jira or similar platforms
- Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with Agile development processes
Nice to Have
- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, or Postman
- Knowledge of API testing concepts and tools
- Basic scripting or automation skills
