Job Description

• Implement QHSE and GDP policies, procedures, and training programs across logistics and warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with corporate standards, regulatory requirements, and food safety, hygiene, and occupational health and safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments covering warehouses, vehicles, storage, and handling areas.
• Monitor temperature control, product handling, storage conditions, and traceability systems to ensure GDP compliance.
• Investigate incidents, perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA), and manage Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) and non-conformities.
• Maintain QHSE documentation, risk registers, calibration records, hygiene logs, training records, and emergency response plans.
• Coordinate driver and contractor inductions, PPE compliance, toolbox talks, and employee QHSE awareness training.
• Manage site certifications, permits, and renewals, including FSSC, Civil Defense, and Municipality approvals.
• Support internal, external, regulatory, and customer audits, ensuring timely closure of audit findings.
• Drive environmental sustainability initiatives, including waste reduction, energy efficiency, and pollution prevention.
• Monitor QHSE KPIs, prepare compliance reports, and support management reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
  
  

Skills

• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety requirements.
• Good communication and reporting skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• Proficient in MS Office and familiar with digital inspection or reporting tools.
  
  

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Industrial Engineering, Environmental Science, Safety Management, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 4-5 years of hands-on experience in QHSE or logistics/warehouse operations within FMCG or food manufacturing industries.
• ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000 Awareness
• Occupational Health & Safety Awareness
• GDP (Good Distribution Practices) training or certification
• HACCP Level or equivalent recognized qualification.
