Role Description: Delight Investment Group is seeking a QHSE Coordinator to join its Group QHSE & Compliance team. The role supports quality, health, safety, and environmental performance across the Group's facilities management and specialized service portfolios through site inspections, training, incident investigation, client documentation, and regulatory coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the QHSE point of contact for assigned Group portfolios and operational sites.
  • Conduct QHSE inspections, internally and with third-party contractors, in line with the approved Group inspection programme.
  • Carry out HSE site visits at operational sites as assigned by the QHSE & Compliance Manager.
  • Plan, organise and deliver HSE training programmes that build a strong safety-conscious culture.
  • Enrol employees in client-mandated training and compliance platforms, including ADNOC requirements through Fieldglass.
  • Prepare and maintain QHSE documentation for clients, and support tender and RFQ submissions as directed.
  • Investigate accidents and incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Plan and raise Civil Defence inspections across assigned portfolios, coordinating with the PR section.
  • Coordination and support for Regulatory Audits, Inspection & Client Visits.

Qualification & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) or an HSE-related discipline.
  • NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) is required.
  • IOSH Train the Trainer certification is an advantage.
  • Food safety certification (Level 3 or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant QHSE experience, preferably in facilities management, services or oil and gas environments.
  • Working knowledge of UAE and Abu Dhabi HSE requirements, Civil Defence procedures and client HSE standards.
