Job Title: QS Engineer.
Sector/Business Line: Elsewedy Electric T&D
Scope: Transmission & distribution.
Department: PMO.
Job Location: Cairo, Egypt.
Accountabilities:
- Take site measurements and prepare quantity take-offs.
- Prepare bills of quantities for assigned work packages.
- Assist in preparing variation claims and payment applications.
- Verify subcontractor invoices and quantities.
- Maintain updated records of executed works and variations.
- Report to Team Leader on progress and issues.
Direct Manager: QS Team Leader.
Education Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical or MEP Engineering.
Required Skills:
- Solid understanding of QS principles.
- Accuracy in measurement and documentation.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in QS tools and MS Excel.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Qualification:
- Minimum 2+ years of QS experience.
- Knowledge of variation and payment processes.
