We are seeking an experienced QS Manager / Commercial Manager to join a leading natural stone and marble company in the UAE.
The Opportunity
Working closely with project teams, you will play a key role in the commercial delivery of major high-end fit-out projects, including luxury hospitality, commercial buildings and iconic developments.
Key Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Lead all commercial and cost management activities across stone and marble projects
- Prepare, review, and manage budgets, forecasts, and cost reports
- Oversee procurement, subcontractor negotiations, and contract administration
- Manage valuations, variations, and final accounts
- Ensure effective cost control and margin optimisation throughout project lifecycles
- Assess and mitigate commercial risks and contractual issues
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Monitor cash flow, payments, and financial performance of projects
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms, company policies, and UAE regulations
- Mentor and manage QS/commercial team members
Experience Required
- Experience working in the Middle East.
- Strong experience in stone, interior fit-out and luxury finishes.
- Proven experience on large-scale, high-end, or iconic interior projects
- 15+ years Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management experience
- Strong understanding of international construction contracts and commercial processes
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- High-level proficiency in cost management software and measurement tools
