DCD is looking for a Quality Analysis Expert (12 Month Hybrid)
About the Role:
To Develop quality assessment framework to all social care providers through the development of standards and indicators for service quality.
Scope of Work :
- Define New KPIs: Assist in developing KPIs that assist in measuring service quality and performance
- Analyze Existing KPIs: Review current and existing dashboards to understand current performance indicators.
- Develop Quality Check Report: Based on KPI data, identify gaps, trends, and improvement areas.
- Improving the quality of social services.
- Enhancing accountability and transparency.
- Elevating the experience of beneficiaries.
- Aligning services with international accreditation standards
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors degree in Quality Analysis, or a related field. Master preferred.
- Minimum 6 years in Quality analysis familiarity with KPI analysis and reporting.
- Understanding of Abu Dhabi's social services ecosystem
