Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and enhance policies, governance frameworks, and procedural manuals governing all operational and service activities across special education cities and centers.
- Establish and lead quality management systems and operational excellence frameworks, ensuring alignment with approved standards, regulations, and international best practices.
- Oversee and audit operational processes across cities and centers to ensure compliance with approved policies, quality standards, accreditation requirements, and contractual obligations.
- Design and implement service quality measurement frameworks, KPIs, dashboards, and performance monitoring mechanisms.
- Lead internal quality reviews, operational audits, and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring corrective and preventive actions are effectively implemented.
- Drive a culture of quality, service excellence, and continuous improvement across all operational and service delivery teams.
- Coordinate with Operations & Service Delivery, Service Planning, GRC, QA, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure quality standards are embedded into planning, execution, and performance management.
- Oversee risk management related to service quality, operational compliance, and beneficiary safety.
- Lead accreditation, certification, and external assessment processes with relevant authorities and quality bodies.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Healthcare Management, Education Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 1015 years of experience in quality management, operational excellence, or organization excellence roles. Minimum 5 years in leadership position.
- In-depth knowledge of quality and excellence frameworks (e.g., EFQM, ISO, Lean, Six Sigma, CBAHI or equivalent).
- Familiarity with local regulatory and compliance requirements related to education and care services
