The Quality Associate Manager at Hyde Park Developments will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects meet the company's quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. This role requires a focus on maintaining high-quality standards throughout all phases of construction, from initial planning through project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Distribute relevant QA/QC documentation to site Contractors
- Assesses the implementation of the Quality Plan and Quality Control Plans on site.
- Supervises the Quality Control functions/ packages activities of the project construction
- Managing the collection and organizing Quality Records.
- Supports and participate to all the internal/external audits.
- Coordinate and support the preparation of the Final Handover documentation activities to ensure smooth handover
- Ensure all quality control documentations are compiled and competed for as-built hand over through the Contractor's QC turnover engineer
- Control all nonconformance reports and undertake remedial action
- Coordinate and chair a QA/QC site weekly meeting with the project's Contractors QC personnel
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
- 7 - 10 years of experience in quality assurance and quality management within the construction or real estate development industry.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and regulatory requirements
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining quality standards
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders
- Familiarity with quality management software and tools is a plus
