Role Description The Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining quality assurance frameworks and compliance processes that align with institutional policies, local regulations, and international accreditation standards. Day-to-day tasks include conducting internal audits, monitoring adherence to regulatory and academic quality requirements, reviewing policies and procedures, and preparing reports and documentation for senior leadership and external bodies. The role involves collaborating with academic and professional services teams to identify risks, implement corrective actions, and promote continuous improvement in teaching, learning, and student services. The Manager will also lead training and awareness activities on quality and compliance, support accreditation and regulatory reviews, and ensure timely resolution of quality-related issues.
Qualifications
- Strong Quality Assurance and Quality Management skills, with experience in developing and maintaining institutional quality frameworks.
- Experience in Quality Control and Quality Auditing, including conducting reviews, inspections, and internal audits in an educational or regulated environment.
- Knowledge of Regulatory Compliance requirements, particularly those relevant to higher education and accreditation in the UAE and internationally.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and documentation skills, with the ability to interpret regulations and translate them into practical policies and procedures.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, influence stakeholders, and manage change initiatives related to quality and compliance.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Relevant bachelor's degree; a master's degree in education, quality management, business, or a related field is an advantage.
- Prior experience in higher education quality assurance, accreditation processes, or regulatory compliance roles is highly desirable.
