The Project
This is an opportunity to work on a large new build airport, that will set a global benchmark for aviation experience and aims to attract 120 million passengers by 2030 in Saudi Arabia.
You'll Be Responsible For
- Review incoming Aconex workflows to verify that DQA Audit submittals meet the documentation requirements, forms and templates, and that there is no missing information.
- Manage and update DQA 6-month lookahead schedules and DQA trackers
- Support the DQA with resource planning and risk management, through monitoring the status of expected submittals and flagging overlaps or large submissions ahead of time.
- Monitor progress of the DQA Audits and support the technical reviewers in setting up workshops or tracking missing information.
- Report upwards to the DQA Director on potential delays or rejections, and support with weekly and monthly reporting updates.
- Support the DQA technical audit team with checking contract scopes and deliverables to ensure completeness of submissions.
You'll Need To Have
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar field.
- PMP / LEAN SIX SIGMA or equivalent certification preferred.
- Engineering degree preferred.
- Strong communication and organisational skills necessary.
- Time management and schedule management.
- Familiarity with Aconex and MS programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
