Quality Assurance Compliance Specialist - Interior Fit Out

We're looking for an experienced Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental Advisor to join our Project Delivery team in the Middle East. This role is based in Dubai and plays a critical part in fostering a strong safety culture across construction projects.

ey Responsibilities:

✅ Support the implementation of HSE systems and compliance across all site activities

✅ Monitor and audit site performance, RAMS, fire safety, and welfare standards

✅ Deliver project HSE plans, toolbox talks, safety inductions, and regular reporting

✅ Assist in accident/incident investigations and safety audits

✅ Champion continuous improvement, safety leadership, and workforce engagement

What We're Looking For:

🎓 NEBOSH IGC qualified (Fire Safety and IOSH/IIRSM membership preferred)

🛠️ Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within the construction industry

🔍 Skilled in auditing to ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standards

💻 Proficient in Microsoft Office

🗣️ Strong communication, leadership, and proactive problem-solving mindset
