Job Purpose:
To carry out Quality Supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws in Quality standards, respective Guidelines, Good Storage & Distribution practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Familiar with ISO 9001, HACCP, GDP, and DM/MOHAP standards.
- Maintain all records in accordance with GDP, HACCP, and ISO 9001 regulations.
- Educate and train staff members to enhance product quality, and assist the quality supervisor in all daily tasks.
- In charge of the FDCR, FIRS, and WDS in the DM portal.
- Assess materials during receiving to make sure they comply with corporate requirements, dispatch and oversee the activities on return process.
- Provide training to the warehouse crew in accordance with the training. Any non-conformances found during incoming QA must be immediately brought to the attention of the BP and management, with a CAPA to follow.
- In charge of all Dubai Municipality follow-ups for all needed food shipments, including setting up samples for the inspection, coordinating payments with C&F, gathering all original paperwork ahead of the inspection, and scheduling. Following the inspection, the coordinator must work with the DM to ensure an on-time closing.
- Third party DM follow-ups and closure.
- Resolve concerns relating to quality and meeting deadlines
- Conduct internal audits in accordance with the timetable and adhere to CAPA.
- Ensure that the facility is cleaned and maintained in a sanitary manner, and provide team training.
Experience, Skills and Qualification:
- 1-2 Years experience in Quality Assurance
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
