Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, organize, review, and maintain documentation required for ISO certification and compliance processes.
- Coordinate and support activities related to obtaining and maintaining ISO standards certifications (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, etc.).
- Develop and maintain quality manuals, procedures, SOPs, policies, forms, and related quality documentation.
- Prepare documentation and evidence for internal and external audits.
- Coordinate audit schedules, follow-up actions, corrective actions, and closure reports.
- Assist departments in implementing quality management system requirements and documentation standards.
- Prepare technical, compliance, and administrative reports as required by management.
- Develop professional PowerPoint presentations for management reviews, audit meetings, training sessions, and compliance updates.
- Ensure all quality records and documents are properly controlled, updated, and archived.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with organizational procedures and standards.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external certification bodies during audit and certification activities.
- Monitor document revisions and maintain document control registers.
- Provide administrative support related to quality assurance and compliance activities.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Documentation Control, or ISO Compliance.
- Experience in preparing documentation for ISO certification and audits is required.
- Familiarity with ISO standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 is preferred
