Position Title - Quality Assurance Engineer

Employment Type - Full time role

Work Location - Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities

Proven experience in the airline domain, preferably in seat configuration, seating rules, and inventory management.

Strong understanding of Airline Passenger Service Systems (PSS), IATA standards, and NDC protocols.

Hands-on experience with manual testing and exposure to automation (UI or API) is preferred. Proficiency with test management tools, defect tracking systems, and reporting dashboards.

Ability to analyze complex airline seat rules, cabin configurations, and related system behavior. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have: Knowledge of aircraft fleet specifications, cabin class layouts, and seatmap design principles.

Familiarity with airline distribution systems, GDS, OTA/Metasearch ecosystems, or airline merchandising features.

Exposure to API testing, schema validations, and data-driven testing frameworks.
