About The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist to join our dynamic team at Q-Pros. Qualifications
The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field. Professional certifications such as ASQ Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Six Sigma Green Belt are highly desirable. Candidates should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, process improvement, or a related domain. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in quality management tools and software are essential. A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously is also required.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and standards aligned with industry best practices and client requirements. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with established standards and regulatory requirements. Analyze data and identify areas for process improvement, recommending corrective actions as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and customer service to foster a culture of quality. Prepare detailed reports and documentation related to quality metrics, audit findings, and improvement initiatives. Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote quality awareness and best practices across the organization. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality management systems and recommend enhancements to optimize performance. Support root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts to resolve quality issues promptly and effectively.
