Key Accountabilities:
- Perform routine QA checks and inspections in line with company standards.
- Collect and maintain quality-related documentation, reports, and records.
- Support internal and external audit activities by preparing required data.
- Assist in preparing certification and prequalification documents.
- Monitor compliance with established QA procedures and escalate issues to senior staff.
- Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
- Contribute to maintaining accurate QA data and reporting tools.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the QA function.
QHSE Responsibilities
Full compliance with current QHSE policies and standards is a specific responsibility of every employee. These responsibilities which are not delegated, include:
- Protection and improvement of Occupational Health, Safety, Environment and security of self and others around at all times.
- Elimination of Quality non-conformances and HSE accidents and incidents.
- Ensuring consistent and continuous compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, standards and protocols.
- Creation of safe work environment, managing risks and reduction of exposure to liability.
- Actively supporting relevant levels of management in implementing Corrective and Risk mitigation actions.
Qualification & Education:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
- 1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, or a related function, preferably within a manufacturing environment
- Understanding of QA/QC processes, inspection procedures, and quality documentation.
- Experience in preparing quality reports, audit documentation, and certification/prequalification documents.
- Strong documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
