The program is designed for Graduates with 0-2 years of experience. The program offers various job rotations, mentorships, coaching & trainings. 2024 & 2025Graduates are welcomed to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the establishment, documentation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) across departments and projects.
• Assist in analyzing business processes, identifying gaps, and developing or updating procedures, policies, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders including PMO, SOP, and Digitalization teams to support process improvement and business transformation initiatives.
• Prepare and maintain quality assurance documentation in compliance with organizational standards and ISO requirements.
• Participate in process re-engineering activities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
• Support the development of measurable process indicators and performance metrics to facilitate monitoring and continuous improvement.
• Conduct internal quality audits and contribute to the preparation and execution of the annual internal audit plan.
• Assist in identifying, analyzing, and reporting quality issues, non-conformities, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collect and evaluate lessons learned and best practices to drive continuous process improvement initiatives.
• Support quality awareness programs, internal training sessions, and onboarding activities related to quality management.
• Assist in developing project-specific Quality Management Systems and Quality Plans in alignment with project requirements and international standards.
• Ensure assigned tasks are completed with high technical quality and within agreed timelines.

Requirements:

• Academic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Years of Experience: 0-2 Years of experience in Quality Assurance, Process Improvement, or a related field.
• Knowledge: Understanding of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and quality assurance principles.
• Personal Skills: Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, communication skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.
• Technical Skills: echnical procedure writing, process mapping, documentation management, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and quality auditing fundamentals.
